Refund

In June we booked a moon bounce and baloon twister. They never delivered the services for which they took the advance. We repeatedly called Keith 48hrs before per his so called contract and he never picked the line. Only thing we got was a last minute balloon twister who stayed for 40 mins and asked us to pay in cash in addition to the deposit. Later Keith never returned the call to refund the money for which they never delivered the services and made up a story that we did not call him to confirm 48hrs before inspite of having paid in advance for the services. It has been 4 months and they do not intend to pay back.

Beware of RHK entertainment. Never hire them, its better to go with standard party organizer especially if you doing it for your kids so that they do not get disappointed. These guys are fraudsters
