Ripoff took $249 for processing fee and 59 for long distance company

I was told I would get a mastercard after paying them $249. I got a package of junk mail, tried calling them and they told me thats what I autherized, which its not. I aksed them to speak to a supervisor, they wouldnt let me and hung up on me after becoming rude.

I have contacted my bank, and will contact the authourities in New York. Anyone that can help please contact me.
