Hello,
I'm a local business owner in Alpharetta, Ga. I wanted to expand my business so I decided to take out a loan. I searched the Internet and found a company called Kings Way Corp. I filled out the online application and about a week later a rep from their company called back. He gave me the name of Trevor London, he told me I have been approved for a 10,000.00 loan. He asked if I had a co-signer, I stated no. He stated that he got me approved thru a private lender and the lender required that I take out insurance on the loan. He stated that $1,210.91 USD should be sent by money gram to Bernam & Thorpe Group Insurance.

At that time I asked for the paperwork to be mailed to me Mr. London sated that he could fax the paper work, which struck me as a little odd. However, Mr. London stated that the paper work would be in the mail. A waited a couple of days to receive the paper work which never came so I called Mr. London back and asked what happened to the paper work. At that time Mr. London stated that he sent the paper work. At that time I asked him to email me the paperwork so that I could read over the contract. At that time he did, the contract looked ok, I signed it and faxed it back and wired the money gram to Columbus, Ohio.

Later that day Mr. London called me and asked for the wire number so that the insurance guy could obtain the money. He stated that once he had the money that it would take 24 hrs. To complete the loan. I waited two days and called him back their was no answer. On the third day I called the number it was disconnected and I called the police in that jurisdiction. When I told the operator the companies name she knew exactly whom I was talking about. She stated that they have had several complaints on the company and referred me to the dept of consumer's affairs. I didn't stop their I called money gram and told them that I have been scammed and the operator stated that the money had not been picked up yet.

So, I went right away to the money gram where I sent it from and got every cent of my money back. I have since attempted to call MR. TRAVOR LONDON back to thank him for the loan and found the number to be working again but no answer. Do not use this company!!!
