Unauthorized $7.00 charge on Oct. 11

In examining my online stability-I visit a $-7.00 charge unauthorized on Oct. 11-I've no remembrance of creating that cost. I'm within their cash change for fvc plan-didn't have to create a purchase. They offered a number-1 650 543 7818 stating that and provide this site to create criticism. Our name is Judy Aultman-I'd like my $7.00 back when they cannot clarify the cost and who approved it. Thanks. Our # is 407 443 6614-Cost was produced by facebook. I'd enjoy any help I would have within this issue. When they will require $7-without authorization-I'm upset they might venture to consider any quantity which may cause good issues for them from me. Thanks
