Rip-off! Credit card Scam!

Between August ending and beginning of September, I recieved an unsolicited phone call from a lady named Judy Stone from Community Savings Bank in Champlain, NY offering me a card with a Credit Line of $3000.00 with no interest and no annual fee as long as I keep the card in good standing. There was a processing fee of $299. This fee was to be debited from my bank account on 7th of September since the 6th was a public holiday and I would recieve the card within 30 days.

After 30 days I did not see any card they sent me a box full of flyers. I called them to ask for my money back they said I have to wait for another 30 days. I went to my bank University National Bank, Pittsburg, Kansas, 66762 and they said there is nothing they can do since it is an ACH transaction. I am writing this because I need help from you people to know how to get my money back.
