On June 30 George Nthiiri rearended me and fled the scene. The car he was driving was owned by Lillian Kawira, and insured by SafeCo under policy number Z 400 29 66. SafeCo claims that because they have been unable to get a written statement from L. Kawira, and G. Nthiiri, they will consider their contract with Kawira in default and that they will deny my claim for damages.
