Dropped a Gallon of 2% Milk - Gallon of 2% Dean's Milk

I had just purchased a gallon of Milk and as i went to my car the handle of the Milk was so wet that it slipped off my hand and fell on the pavement. I asked for a replacement and I was told they do not replace items. I will never return to Speedway because of this.
