Can't get my title back

September 9 my usband and that I got out a name mortgage with TitleMax in Bessemer, AL. We repaid the mortgage July 7. We can not get our name back. Everytime I proceed directly into choose it-up I'm informed that it's not return in the State-Of Alabama DMV. I approached Their State of Alabama DMV concerning this issue and also have been informed they have not obtained my name from TitleMax. It have now been 4 weeks and that I still haven't got the name. I'm like they owe me a reimbursement of a few of the cash that people lent or atleast the curiosity we settled them. I also genuinely believe that they ought to not be permitted to promote "GET YOUR NAME BACK WITH TITLEMAX" since it is just a rest.
