Failed to Return my Title seeking legal remedies

I took a loan of less than $500 dollars with titlemax and its been nearly 90 days and I have been informed several times of several different dates of when I would receive my title back and now im waiting on the final date of Nov 15th to which I will have enough of waiting and I am proceeding to contact a lawyer to initiate immediate legal action because no matter how you look at this its breech of contract under business law and also deceptive financial practices involving lack of proper disclosure that the company must retain your title this long for whatever reason. To my understanding a pawn shop can be fined and closed for this and so will titltemax when Im through with them. If anyone else has experianced this I would like to hear from you at once.
