Our name is Duane Downs and my wifes brand is Ida, on 9/21 Ida named provident money (because you are our bank), seeking details about replacing. We received a call-back from the Jessica Schumacher that evening. Because we were eliminated at that time of her call-back, I sent Jessica to allow her realize that my spouse might enter contact humor her in a few times, because she was outoftown.

My spouse named Jessica on 10/3 and left a message with somebody that was to let Jessica know she called. On 10/4 I sent another email stating that we would be house all day long on 10/5. Because we did not notice back, my spouse named again today 10/5 and was told by a "Chris" that they would make sure that jessica would call us back with 6:00 P.M. Suprise, NO-CALL BACK! What is happening???
