David Copper told me I had arrests warrants in califormia stemming from a payday loan that I defaulted on which I never had. He tried to tell me that I would be arrested in Charlotte NC and sent to California to face the criminal charges. After looking him up I found out he has done this before and when I called him back He cussed me out. Was trying to get over 3,000 out of me
