GE Money - Care Credit
You pay money for their errors, and get yelled at in the procss

In short, the customer service is horrible. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars more then necessary despite my consistent checking of both paper and online statements, follow up phone calls to confirm payments, and my always on time payments. I have never experienced a situation so difficult and frustrating with a credit care company before. They "lost" a payment, but would not budge on the interest regardless of how good of a customer I have been. Although I was not happy about having to pay a little over $200 in interest, I was told I had no choice, and was told so in a very abrupt and unprofessional manner. I then wanted to confirm that this would take care of any unresolved payments, only to find I was given (by a supervisor) the wrong amount to pay, and thus incurred additional charges this month! Again, a very unfriendly and unprofessional supervisor did not even apologize for this error, and proceeded to offer me only one solution that I don't even understand, all while bashing me for "confusing her"! How about my waste of time and money, and exceptional efforts to assume my responsibilities? As a result, I am paying for balances on statements that I don't even understand and that I am sure are incorrect, but no one is able or willing to look deeper into this matter there, and no one will help me, and frankly, I'm a nice person and do not want to keep getting yelled at because they are inconvenienced by their own errors! I would avoid this company at all costs. I am an amicable and diplomatic person and there is definitely no excuse for this treatment.
