RBS Citizens Do not Fall For this One!

If you take out a RBS credit card and do not use for while, all of sudden you will get a demand letter in the mail.

They make a small Internet charge on your card and then do not notify you of any charges to you account.

Then after about 6 mos you get a letter stating you owe them a lot of money.

When you ask them what for they tell you of a charge to your card by an internet company.

The 25 dollar charge turns in $35.00 late charge plus 30% interest and that accumulates and in compounded to a large bill.

You tell them I had no idea, I did not recieve any bill or notice except the demand letter.

They tell you that when you applied for the card you excepted a online statement, you say I have never recieved a statement they say "oh well" it was probaly send to the spam folder.

You must pay or we will report you to the credit bureau.
