They both promised we would be able to buy a home with an TIN number

On February I met Jose at the swap meet in Indio, he had a big sign that said that he can help buy a house with a TIN number. As we walked around he approached me and asked if we were interested and obviously we said yes right away. We met Jose at his office which was Move Up Properties in Indio. At the office we met Julian Aguilera who also said yes in our face we will b able to buy a house with an TIN number. We went ahead and exchanged information required to start the application to qualify us for a loan.

Jose said he needed $1,800 to begin the paper work. A month later he called and said we qualified for a loan of 140,000 he showed us a "fake" prequalification letter and told us the next step was to look for a home that we liked, so he took us out to see a couple houses. Once we picked the once we liked we made offers on them and asked us for $1,000 more so we gave. About a month later Jose called and he said one of the offers were accepted said to come in to the office so we can sign some parework and asked us for a nother $1,000 and had to wait 30 to 45 days to get our house, by this time he had moved out of Move Up Properties into another suite in that same building and said Julian and him were doing theire own thing because they had a problem with Move Up Properties. The next month or so Jose kept on calling me to ask me for more money saying that the bank was asking for it so we gave him another $980.00 for the appraisal on that house. A few weeks later i was looking up the house on the internet only to find out that the house we were in process of getting was sold so i started to have doubt on all this so i called the number on the approval notice and they did not have any records on us and to find out everyrhing they had gave me was all fake and used names and phone numbers of agents who had nothing to do with what was going on so i decided to dig deeper and i found out lots more things about these 2 individuals...
