Dear sir:
please ref to the following i purchased a refrigerator and a
range from pc richards on 10/27/01-they gave me 90 days to pay this off interest free-the first payment was due on 12/07/01

I mailed the payment on 11-24/01 they receive the payment prior to due date.
I mailed the second payment on 12/24/01 that was due on 1/7/02
i received the monthly statement and there was a late charge for 35.00. I do not know why i was penalized as i know that i mailed it on time. I think that they held up on my check until after the due date and then posted to my account.
For you ref my acct # 6019-1703-0992-0525 i am in the process of going a little further on this as this and other companies e require an investigation by there state attorney and maybe a senate inquiry-this is possible due to the fact they are out of my state
please respond to this enquiry as i am concerned not only for myself but for others who might get caught in his scam-

My next enquiry is how did our senate and congress approve this type of charge -its like paying interest on top of interest-if we are late with a payment they are going to charge us on that outstanding balance not only do we get additional int on the outstanding balance but also with late charge.
