My son was involved in a motorcycle accident in which he was left with serious head trauma and i was out of work to care for my son.in august i became desparate for money and was unable to pay for my mortgage and went on loine and searched the internet for instant loans and "united cash loans" was one of the companies i was able to borrow $100. Oo measley dollars.

I figured once i was back to work i would be able to pay it off no problem. I started to get invoices right away after i borrowed money... United cash loans was taking $30.00 out of my checking account every two weeks according to my pay periods from work...

On october 1st i realized that the not only took a total of $120.00 from my account... None of it was going towards the balance! I called the company and they told me that i still owed $130.00...$100.00 $30.00 for costs... I was puzzled and stated "well, whre is the $120.00 i already paid you" and they stated "unless i faxed "pay off"notification at least three full business days prioir to pay off that the loans would continue to renew and they would continue to remove money from my checking account and that it is accrued fees that do not go towards principal or apr... So in other words after paying them almost all of the money back... I still owe them $130.00

Because i failed to fax them the "pay off" option three business days prior... And money i them gave is lost forever... And i still owe them the $130.00... This really sucks...
