Ripoff, scam

Today in the mail I recieved the same URGENT - APPROVED envelope that I remembering getting in the mail right before I got married. I am just curious to find out how they had gotten my married name. I told them 3 years ago when I got the first letter that I was not interested in a card that was only good for shopping from a catalog. I really prefer to see the items physically.

After having to explain this to the idiot I was stuck talking to for the company, they were still very persistant about getting my checking info. Thank goodness I did not give it up.

After I told them multiple times I wasn't going to give them any personal information I finally decided to lie and say that my check book was in my now husband's car. Then of course they said to call when I am prepared with my information and hung up very quickly. I was only calling to find out how I got the card without even applying and to tell them NO. I cut up the first card and shredded the approval letter, now I am wondering if there is something I can do with this new one in the way of reporting this horrible company. Has anyone else gotten the URGENT - APPROVED letter after telling them NO?
