Ripoff i was contacted by ccs and told them i was not interested they sent me the card and also checked my personal information against my will

I was contacted by ccs about a merchant card that i could only use to purchase thing's from their catalog's. So i told them i was not interested after asking to speak to a manager to confirm this was no scam because they were asking for my personal banking information!!! (hint #1) so after saying i wasn't interested i hung up the phone, well today i checked our mail box and low and behold there was a letter from ccs saying that i was approved for a $ 6,500 limit to use.

In the letter it said they have checked my name, number, social security number, personal bank account's and my credit score's, at this point i was extremely upset and tryed to contact them with the four phone number's that are listed in the letter. None of them worked not an answer or even a hang up it just rang and rang... I am going to be seeking help from a lawyer to put this to an end!!! Expecially after they went in and got my personal information even though i said i was not interested.
