Charge Misappropration of CC account numbe

NSS Magazine has misappropriated my M/C number via free complementry magazine four (4) copies that I picked resulting from some IWON.com prize.

They then billed my credit card, $50. They cancel the magazine upon notification 1/14 but will not credit the account till 1/21. Judging by the prior complaints, I should not expect the credit as stated.

I am presently demanding in prepration of litigation damages of twice the actual amount per day. I have invoiced NSS Magazine for the sum of $300 via fax and I have received confirmation of delivery of the demand invoice. The fax number is 845-566-6157.
