Cold fragrance

I answered a survey and was given a free gift. I gave the company my VISA # for shipment of that item. I do not want this, I can't use it. I need to return. I am retired and don't have money for this - if they chose to charge me. I have read up on this company and they charge you later. Please cancel this order as I gave you permission to use for shipment only. Please confirm cancellation. I have tried to reach you via phone - but they hang up on me. Put on hold... Then they don't come back. This is a fraudulent company, please cancel and let me return this stuff I can't use it do to my sinus.
