Unauthorized withdrawl of money

On 8/31 I visited deal my vehicle in, we'd to contact WFDS to get a benefit. The lady explained they couldn't provide that in my experience till I created my cost. I informed her that I had been resting within the dealership which when the offer didn't proceed thru, I'd contact them back again to create the cost. The salesman needed to access it the telephone and he or she got awful with him, he ultimately needed to talk to a boss and got the benefit. Well, the offer went thru and all was good. I seen in my bill today they picked the cost (plus $6) without my agreement, after I named them... Obviously these were unpleasant (as typical) and he explained that I did so provide authorization about the 31st. I am so discouraged simply because they picked my consideration to zero! I want I really could manage a lawyer to prosecute them, it is illegitimate the things they did!
