Latin Card Plus rip me off $399.00 for a loan.

Came to my house in Garden Grove, CA and dropped off a package, picked up the cash (money). Signed the receipt last name Aquliar.

His driver license number is A6865180 address on license is 326 N. Western Ave # 225, Los Angeles, CA 90004.

Then he stated wait and call at 4:00 PM for a pin number
to activate the card # 5311 6780 4901 2392. Then they can
use it anywhere to get cash or buy products up to $7,500.00

I called and they stated the due to hurricane computers are not working. The customer service telephone was down as well and to call back tomorrow to get the card activated.

Called the number serveral time the poeple on the other end laughted and started giggling louder.

I called the Florida police department waiting for them to return my call to report it.

I also called the Garden Grove police department an I am waiting for them to return my call as well.
