Harrassing non-helpful rude uncaring informative Irvine

I was doing fine with this company until i had a heart attack in june. I called and as if their was any thing they could so to help me just pay the principal on my account and i was informed no such thing i explained my situation and that i would be out of work for a while and would try to ay what ever icould. I sent apartial payment of 270 in july i was trying to catch up with every thing but was very frustrated with option one their was no help i was told that i would have to send my payment regardless of whatever my situation was. So here i am out of hospital with no money to pay and option one not helping me at all to keep me on the right check.

In august i talked to a rep named nona who gave me advice of goig to township tustee urban league salvation army and several other organization that offered me no assistant no i am back to work and would like to keep my home and i have just started a new job aug23 but optionone is not letting me play catch up my home has been turned over to lawyer for foreclosure if i dont have 800 dollars please give advice to a ripped off bleeing heart. I could only sacarfice $400 to catch up. I would like to keep my home please please what should i do i cannot get any help i have accumalated medical bills because i didnot have insurance i would ike to start anew with a new heart and job and home god bless
