Predatory lending and collecting

These people Pray On people who are having a hard time and need a loan. I needed 600.00 and have ended up paying 1000.00 And I was behind on my payment because my husband lost his job. I tried to make payment arrangements with them but they would not except.instead they wanted me to resign a loan with them. Which I did not want to do. So they call me everyday at least 5 times and they call my job. Just recently they started coming to my home stalking my family. My daughter was getting off the school bus and approached her and started asking her questions.

She was terrified. And then the had the nerve to continue to sit in our driveway for 15 more minutes. A few days later they did the same thing. They came to our home and began wringing and baming on our door. Yet again it was right when my daughter had gotten home from school. They sat there untill the police came and made them leave. So now they are stalking me at my job. My employer has even threatend to termintate me because of these idiots. I have asked them over and over agin not to come to my home and my job. But they wont listen.

These people told me that I need to pay them or they will continue to call and come to my home and job and there is nothing I can do about it. It's insane And the sad part is they wont even take the money that I am trying to pay. I am at my wits end with these people. I dont avoid their phone calls I talk to them. They refuse to except partial payments and they just keep trying to get me to resign a loan with them which will in turn cause us to owe them more money. These people are predators and they need to be stoped... It has to be illegal for them to harras us this way.!!! Dont ever get a loand or any type of service with this people. they are scum!!
