Prime lending told me you are pre a prove go a head put deposit on the home $5.000. Which i did. Then told me that i need to pay for the aprezel $460.00 i did. Then 2 weeks before closing they got the report from fha told that i cant purches this home becuse it to close to my preve es home. After i put deposit and they order the aprazel all that west of time and my money total loss$5460.00 none refundeble frome the bilder. Send them a letter before the deposit was paid i went back to primelending/RJ Crosby told me they shuld pay you back the deposit. I went back to bulder sales rap told me they send a discloser none refundable deposit to prime lending they shuld told you that. Primelinding in scottsdale will be responsble for the money that i lost. They shuld no berter. So now i am seeking help how and what to do to get my deposit back? And ho is at falt? Primelending inScootsdale az / RJcrosby is resposble for my lost deposit. Never told me that i could loose my deposit. Please i need opinion. Thank you for your time.
