Ripoff

Upon being disabled from work and never missing a payment for 2yrs., I fell a little behind. Don from Greentree called and my payment was 30 days late. He called we everything from a welfare bum to a drug addicted. He also called my park manager and asked her if I was current, she stated yes, and he told her that I was on some type of drugs and he wanted me evicted... I tried to explain to him that although I just have back surgery that I did not have a DRUG ADDICTIVE and never was late with him and to check my credit history, he stated that it didn't matter, I was move out today...

They will repo this house, the sheriff will be moving me out tomorrow. My brother is a State Constable and he stated to me that NO ONE should have to put up with this haressment. I told Don at Greentree, also on my credit report it stated that I was 3 months late in July, August, Sept. well that's funny, since I brought this house in Nov. 2002. He stated that's not his problem and stated cussing and fighting with me on the phone. I hung up on him and he immediately called me back several times with the same attitude. Something has to be done with this Company... I am not trash, but I had to go to my doctor because I start getting chest pain... I think all their customers should find a good attorney and sued this company... After my husband talked to his person... He stated he was just doing his job...
