Hand Loan Improvements billed me cash without approval and agreement. They took my $30. Not really a large amount to notice however for me it's a large amount of cash! I approached my lender plus they informed that can’t aid me because it is also late and also the deal has already been completed. Consequently I've frozen my bill.
