USAG Ripoff! Changed Rate on their form, Early termination fee and AUTO RENEW for three years!

Huge Ripoff. First, they scratched out the rate on my contract and inserted a higher rate—KEEP A COPY of any rate agreement. Then, their 34 page agreement states that if you don't catch them overcharging you within 45 days, thats too bad.in my case it was 27 months. Then, when you try to cancel due to being overcharged—whoa, huge early termination fees. So, wait till contract is up and guess what THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOU FOR THREE MORE YEARS! They took $11,985.00 out of my account yesterday when I went to cancel (4 months after I had asked them to terminate me on my anniversary date). Guess what, that guy doesn't work here anymore so too bad. STAY AWAY from this company.
