Like a true blonde i fell for there scam

I am not a company but an individual that Premier Savings called on the phone and scammed. I told the lady Bridgett Hanson, the one that contacted me, that i had a repossesion on my credit and she told me that since i volontarley gave the truck back that i would have no problems working with them, so i borrowed the money and let them take it out of my account, now today when i called to get started they tell me that since i have a reposession that they can not help me and i have to go thru a lot more hassel to get my money back, is there not anything that can be done to them, first of all they charge you 279.00 just for a list then you have to do all the work, now how is that right, and i even checked them out the thru the better business bureau... And they said that they had not had any complaints filed against them, so what is a person suppose to do when you cant even depend on the BBB
