After talking to people at the college my son attends, I realize that TMS does not advance you any money for tuition that you have not already sent in to them. This means their services is totally unnecessary. Just save the money yourself. They are not loaning you any money. And they charge you a fee every chance they get. I will not use this service again and will get out of it tomorrow if I can.
