Never Ending Pay Back on a loan

I saw on here a complaint about Mountain Loan Centers in Utah. About a poor guy or gal who borrowed 400.00 and got behind. Is now a slave to them for the rest of her / his life. They are garnishing her / his wages for 289.00 at a time. NICE..

Well I am here to add to this complaint. You see, I too borrowed money from this company. I borrowed from Alpine Loan Centers in Boise and I too got behind. I will now be paying them for the rest of my life. And every time I am late they call, text, call, text, call, text. Harrass. Threaten, call my family, friends, employer. Etc. Its just crazy. And they are just wonderful about communication. If I do make a payment. That's great..

They call me an hour later and ask when I will pay again. Even if I have already made arrangements to pay the following pay day. They then call every day. Are you going to pay? When? Etc. Its gets to the point where you are ready to literally go down there and just slap someone silly. They act all innocent too. Blame it on each other. Oh. Its just an honest mistake. No one's fault. They just don't have an inter connected system. Etc. Etc. But its the same old crap. Every week.

I see where this is a no win situation. However, I am going to seek some legal counsel because the way they are doing this. There has to be some way out. Otherwise. I am going to be stuck. Just like this other gal / guy. And be paying them every two weeks. For the rest of my existance and getting absolutely no where. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN with either Alpine Loan Centers in Boise Idaho or Mountain Loan Centers in Utah... You will regret it. Its like stepping into a Stephen King novel and no way out. They begin to haunt your dreams. Your texts will be endless. Phone calls endless. And the interest. Over 400 %.. You would have better luck borrowing from the mob. At least they only break your knees once..
