Client Hit Me Intentionally and Insurer Demands Years of Medical Records

I was intentionally hit by a geico client because he wanted over in my lane... His lane had ended about 50 feet back. I received a letter soon after the accident accepting full responsibility of the accident. They told me to take my car in for repairs and instructed me where to get a rental automobile while mine was being repaired.

I did exactly as they instructed. When I arrived at the car rental location, they stated the only available vehicle was a full sized truck. I was not pleased with this but I no choice. I had to pay for the rental and Geico was to send me a check. Oh they did but only covering a portion of the total rental cost. They said I didn't have the right to upgrade from what my car. Mind you I drive a nice sports car. The car rental business called Geico & explained this but fell on deaf ears. I just wanted my car fixed.

They have called me, my place of employment, physicians and even my husband in attempts to congregate information on me. They got nothing. They are now demanding my medical records for the past 10 years, my employment records for 10 years and other outrages reports. I am more than happy to release any & all records that pertain to my injuries or any other medical records that reflect prior injuries that relate to this, etc.

I went to the Insurance Commissioner's office & they have been irreplaceable with their suggestions, guidance and overall support. It is well known Geico has the worst reputation in the Insurance field. They use intimidation tactics, they threatened and they are more than willing to drag your claim on until they break you and you accept their pitiful settlements. Well GEICO, guess what, I'm not hungry and in no hurry go to the bank. I WILL NOT fall victim to your sordid - near illegal tactics. The letter alone you sent me as well as recorded phone conversations has even made our Insurance Commissioners and my attorney speechless.

I would love to hear how Geico has abused you. I have printed out over 200 files against GEICO.
