CHEAT - UNETHICAL Practice

These people flat out lied. The sales rep. Never sd. I had to be connected to the high speed internet to receive phone service. The bottom line is that they nver dis-closed their service relies on the internet in order for your phone to work. I called numerous times to cancel. They kept pushing me outsdie the 30 day window of no early cancellation fee. Finally i cancelled. And they have tried to debit my old debit card. Thankfully i cancelled that card. These the most unprofessional and unethical people. And everyone is supposedly locate in the phillipes..? What gives. Buyer beware!
