Evil, Unprofessional and Incompetent

This company somehow acquired our mortgage loan from bank of america. We never missed a payment. From day 1 there have been problems. When they obtained our loan, they immediately raised our paymet by 100 dollars. When i asked them about it they failed to give me an adequate explanation. Then they bumped it up another couple hundred dollars by charging us homeowners insurance... We have insurance, why are they enrolling us against our will when we already have our own coverage. Paying them is a hastle, with all the extra fees they charge now for speed pay. We want to pay by check but they never sent us a booklet of pay stubs for us to send in with the check. If you ever have the unfortunate experience to talk to these scumbags you will learn rather quickly that from management on down to customer service, there is a complete absence of any class and professionalism. We schedule payments in advance and these scumbags still call our family members, who have nothing to do with our mortgage, demanding they get in touch with us immediatley to resolve financial matters before they take our home. I can only hope that this company collapses and everyone involved in it lose everything and wind up in prison.
