This company has made promises after promises only to destroy our dream. We were told and given our approval letter on June 27. Believing in this company, we sold our current house. After hearing several excuses regarding why we would not close on August15th we started to become very suspicious, our closing was moved to the end of August to the first of September, to the middle of September, to October 15th, and now we are homeless. This company needs to payback all the money they have taken from hard working individuals like my husband and myself. Becky Massey in Tennessee, David Barbee in Oklahoma, Linda Kirkland who claims to be the general manager, and Scott O'Neil all need to go to jail!!! Stay away from this company, they will take your money!
