Scott O'neil, Randy Gatesman Mortgage Scam

4 months of promises and extensions and nothing on my mortgage loan in South Carolina. These guys charge up front fees with a promise to close the loan regardless of credit. I checked them out initially and found no complaints, so my wife and persued a loan with them. Delay after delay aroused my suspisions, so I checked again and found several complaints on them last week, as well as a cease and desist order from the state of Georgia filed in July. I confronted Randy Gatesman with this info. And he promised everything was still on track to close Monday. Of course the closing attorney's and myself never heard from him, and no one returned my phone calls. Others have been dupped just like me, and I vow to join forces with them and any others to make sure that these individuals give us restitution and serve jail time! To those that got scamed in Georgia - Scott O'neil is no longer living there, he is now located in North Myrtle Beach, SC. But I'm sure he'll run and scam somewhere else. Lets stop him before he does!
