Ripoff - Money taken from my account unable to reach company

After reading on consumer complaints.com complaints by several people about the Master Card for $249.00 with a $2000.00 credit limit I realized that I am also a victim of this same scheme. I have not received my so called credit card yet, either. My problem is that initially I agreed to the deal, and my checking account was debited for the 249.00. I am trying to reach them by phone but all I get is either: " All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later" or " all representitives are busy serving other customers now" and get put on hold.
I feel very foolish and betrayed but I am a strong Christian woman and I feel that God will help me and I will prevail. I want my money back, and it is fine with me if my story is used to help other people avoid this situation. I need your help to put a stop to this kind of garbage, and I am willing to do anything to accomplish this, including talking to the D.A. If necessary or taking this to the media.
