Eware of morgage companies buying off other ones. Have had terrible experience with 21st morgage; got behind due to loss work only month. We were treated horrible. Talked to like we were stupid children, belittled had me in tears more than once. I fully realize this is a business but i know from other friends been late and their morgage companies did no t treat them this way. I have had extreme anxiety stress due to this. I wish owners of company could do little retraining of these horrible practices
