Habeeb Malik Uthman committed acts of credit card fraud and a victim suffered a negative mark to his record due to Malik sending items he purchased with stolen credit cards to the victims home and making up a story about that he was sending them to avoid Canadian sales tax when they were actually goods purchased by a stolen credit card.
