I called to inquire about an outstanding balance; I wanted to know if I could get proof of payments as the documents I received from them were only estimates that did not total to the amount I was being charged. After being transferred a couple times, I ended up with CHRISTINA CHAVEZ, who when she first answered had an attitude. She informed me she would send proof of payment, a release, and another document with an additional charge. I asked what the proof of payment consisted of... She replied "proof of payment" I then asked again what exactly is the "proof" i. E checks? She then replied with even more attitude. She continued the attitude and then when I asked her why she was speaking to me that way, she replied "Why are you even calling? Why can't he (spouse) get on the phone? Why can't you just pay your bill?" She was so rude. I then asked to be transferred to a manager, she transferred me to another employee (Henry Mason) who hesitated to transfer me to the manager. Finally after asking many times I spoke with the manager (apparently) Chuck Taylor. He helped with my problem but when I asked who I can talk to to inform him about Christina, he then gave me the run around. I'm sure it will get swept under the rug and she will be applauded instead of informed that you should not talk to people like that whether they owe you one dollar or ten thousand. Just a heads up...
