Wells Fargo John Stumpf and Wells Fargo are liars and unprofessional!

We were told by the Lady at Wells Fargo in Frisco, Texas to switch from Capital One to Wells Fargo. We were told our claims would be handled fast. We were told no overdraft fees over $100.00 a month, ect. I had two claims that were denied and then handles slowly. They finally paid them after months! The lady who signed us up promised no overdraft fees over $100.00 per month. Lie! I went into my Branch at Preston and Main in Frisco, Texas and spoke witha Banker. He was either middle eastern or Indian. He told me that they would be reversed and credited back to my account. I had to call the Banking customer service number. He promised. Another Lie. I wrote to Wells Fargo CEO and President John Stumpf over 11 times. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office, The California Attorney generals Office, and the Better Business Bureau. John Stumpf the President and CEO of Wells Fargo has never been professional enough to respond.
