Rip-Off dishonest fraudulent billing

I was contacted by phone about recieving a mastercard with $2000.00 limit and $500.00 cash daily. While I normally hang up on these calls this one seemed to be legitimate as they were very thorough with their questions and information. They even recorded my response to the details of the offer so no mistakes could be made. The only mistake was I believed them. I have received nothing and had $250.00 taken from my bank account!
