Refused to accept a payment arrangement of 4 payments insisted that unless I made an arrangement of 3 payments they would continue to harrass me daily

I owe $155 for a past due medical bill. Allied Interstate has been calling every day for some time, and refuses to accept an arrangement of 4 payments of $38.75. I am only paid once a month and am currently in Chapter 13 bankruptcy due in large part to large medical bills. They have been very rude, demeaning, somewhat threatening and refuse to cease daily calling unless I pay in full. Stated that they would continue to call on a daily basis until the $155 is paid in full, EVEN IF I MAKE THE THREE PAYMENTS THAT THEY INSIST IS THE ONLY RESOLUTION!

I have talked to several of their representatives and a 'supervisor' who was quite impudent and cavalier. Bottom line is they refuse to accept 4 payments, will only take 3 payments, and will call me form now to eternity until the entire bill is paid! I see numerous complaints about them on your Website, I wonder is there any legal recourse available to me? I want to pay the bill and don't understand why the '4' payments versus '3' payments is such a point of contention with them!
