Are they stealing my motorcycle? - credit

I financed a motorcycle through GEMB and paid it off after 2.5 years when I sold it in May.

After 3 separate attempts for them to send me the title and or release, the buyer still can't register/insure the bike because GEMB still has a lien on it.

Also got wrong information repeatedly from all the agents, regarding dates and the ability to send out the release directly to the buyer.

They were great when they financed me! Quick processing, etc, etc. But when the money stops coming, they could give a lesser you know what.

This company SUCKS and I would NOT recommend it. Stay away!
