Direct deposit delayed four days and cashier's check required

This bank offer the worst customer service to its customers. My direct deposit was not posted till 4 days after the customary same day posting, and when I tried to get my money they informed me that I have to wait for a cashier's check from the bank. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, and their corporate office was worse plus no common sense. They are more concerned of selling you banking products than providing customer service
