Terrible - US Bank checking Account

This bank offer the worst customer service to its customers. My direct deposit was not posted till 4 days after the customary same day posting, and when i tried to get my money they informed me that i have to wait for a cashier s check from the bank. It is the most ridiculous thing i have ever experienced, and their corporate office was worse plus no common sense. They are more concerned of selling you banking products than providing customer service
