Ripoff it is time that some action was taken against companies such as these

On August i received this card in the mail offering me the chance to repair my credit. And I thought that this sounded like a good idea and i called thee company to activate the card.

They informened me that they would be sending me out the welcome packet within 24 to 48 hours, and that I had until August the 18th to accepted the offer. Well when I did not receive the welcome packet as they said i would I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a couple of more days, I was not worried at this point about any money coming out of my account because I was assured that I had a free trial period. I changed my mind before the free trial period expeired which was the 17th of august and on the 27th of august they debited my account for $199.99 and to this day I have not recieved anything from this company. I have called them and ask for my money back and was told 1) it was under investigation 2) my claim was being reviewed by the upper management 3) that the company has a no refund policy. How can companies get away with doing this to people and know one hold them accountable, I want some action taken against these people and my moiney Back!!!
