Calls threatens to have me arrested or says I have legal documents that are going to be served. Took 460.00 out my account had my account closed trying to take money out

I contracted with 500 Fast Cash. I took the loan out becaue i needed extra money for my wedding. This was not my first time taking a loan out. I pay the lender back in full on my next check so it was no problen. Since I was getting married I saw that I could make payments on the loan and this was explained to me over the phone. She said go online to make the payments and thats what I did. I check the box pay 120.00 and submitt payment with no problem. I do this for 5months. And I realize that the balence did not go down. So I call and they tell me that I wasnt paying the loan off that I was instead refinancing the loan. I was sooooo MAD. They had took 600 dollars from me for a 400 loan. They went into my bank account and kept tryin to deduct money, I contacted my bank they were like we cant do anything about it Fuck CHASE banking as welll. My account was closed I had it over 10 years
