We requested a mortgage the very first week of May. We were informed we'd near by the finish of May, no later compared to to begin July. We were authorized the very first evening and moved forward. Being informed by underwriting that people were authorized the whole period... We invested cash on evaluation, repairs, and insect bond. 93 times later. The evening BEFORE final we were rejected bc another expert looked over the mortgage differently...??? Anything continues to be there-from day-one. Every expert that examined the mortgage approved it. It's been resubmitted to underwritng (day100) and counting. We feel somebody decreased the basketball with this procedure. We're eligible to the cash that people requested, because UNDERWRITNG accepted it THE WHOLE period. Who would you contact at Wells Fargo to need fulfillment??? We shall not quit till we ensure that somebody at the very top understands how unfairly we've been handled! AGAIN... We're eligible to the cash we were authorized for!
