Bad Bank - Great People

I have had many frustrating, disappointing experiences with this bank and find their lack of common sense and ridiculous adherence to procedures, rather than dealing with "people" on a case-by-case basis, to be absurd!
However, my highest praise goes out to the fantastic staff that work at some of the branches, especially Robert whose customer service impressed me greatly today. You are fantastic and too great an asset to work in a corporation that clearly doesn't embody your value and treatment of customers.
