Two businesses utilized incorrect costs to my bill. They accepted to producing the incorrect costs. Wells Fargo charged me 133 bucks in penalties and essentially explained they wouldn't alter the penalties since the businesses hadn't approached them, however explained the businesses could not contact them without me carrying out a three-way telephone call where the businesses weren't permitted to talk but just hear. Does this seem sensible?
